I think I got my pistol variant for a touch over 600, but that was with their .mil discount, and it looks like prices generally trend closer to 8ish without the brace setup or optic. I'd say that's a decent dea if one were in the market for it.
I really like mine with its stamp, I don't shoot it as much as I should but it sure is fun. ETA: that light alone is about 100 bucks, if it's 850 as pictured that's definitely a good deal. |

With a KAK Shockwave and a side folding adapter? |

its used. I'd be all over it at $850 as a package, used or not, if I was in the market. What would you pay for one in a store, even used? What would the sales tax be? Would it include those accessories? If you bought a new one, what would be the cost delivered to your dealer? What would the transfer/use tax be? what would it cost to order a Shockwave, tube, and side folder? I wouldn't own that gun without those accessories, so they absolutely factor into the equation for me. |

Yeah... and it appears to have a sling, backpack, light, KAK blade and tube, and a side folding adapter, and it's likely a private sale... I thought you said you were LE? ![]() And for the vertical foregrip = prison crowd. Linky |

Assuming there's nothing wrong with it... If $850 includes the "blade" thing and stock adapter, yes, that's a fair price. If it includes the sling, weapon light, optic, and the backpack, $850 is a steal. I'd make sure you have the owner remove and keep the veg though....so you don't get pinched by buying an illegal config. |

RE: However, like so many ATF regulations, this one needs further clarification. If the overall length (OAL) of the pistol is greater than 26 inches then adding a vertical fore-grip doesn’t result in the pistol becoming an AOW. The following letter from 2011 breaks down the ATF’s position....
Scorpion EVO 3 A1 Specifications Weight 2.77 kg with full magazine Length 16.14 in. Barrel length 7.71 in. Width 2.36 in. Height 10.31 in. via Imgflip Meme Generator

Got to shoot a scorpion for the first time a couple of months ago.
The trigger just felt awful. I don't know if it was just that guy's particular gun or what. For 850 bucks, you can build a fantastic AR these days. So... I dunno. I wouldn't buy it unless I just wanted it for some kind of collection purposes. |

I wouldn't mention that in the ad. I don't think you're allowed to sell something for someone else. Quoted:

Not my gun, guys not a criminal so ill pass it on and I'm sure he'll take it off. Thanks for everyone's "concern". Hopefully no letters were written The laws are often confusing and unclear. For example I didn't know about 26"+ wouldn't be an AOW. I don't know if that is or not. A lot of people just don't know about laws and are not doing it intentionally. There's nothing wrong with a friendly heads up. |

That's one of the few good things about living in NY. Once you get turned into a multiple felon for owning stuff that was previously legal and is perfectly OK in 90% of the states, you just sorta stop giving a shit. Or so I hear.
I hear THAT a lot neighbor! |

Take this as your warning not to do that and might be worth reading the EE rules again Or I can pull the ad, give you an official warning and potentially an EE timeout I'll leave it to you Quoted:
