If the USPS loses a package, The tracking numbers show it was delivered but the person never got it. Who's problem is it the shippers, the usps or is the person that should have gotten it is justed screwed.
Thanks |

They lost a package i sent to a friend years ago.
Actually, come to think of it...its happened a few times. Bottom line was that USPS will not do anything and either you or the other party are going to be out of something. They pretty much suck when it comes to be responsible for the packages they ship. |

It seems insurance or not they could be held responsible.
If I give you an item and pay you to deliver it to another party, and you fail to do so, then I believe a judge would rule in my favor. I don't understand how USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, would not be held to the same standards. |

I had a package fromm .44MAG come up missing
USPS said they scanned it at as delivered and that I was mowing my grass and watched as they put it in my mailbox
I was at walmart when this so called delivery occured-have a receipt to prove it long story short-they told me I was screwed(insurance void if they scan it delivered )
MARK at .44MAG resent the package(a new one)and said he would wait to see if someone returned original as a result I have to have every package I get sent to me from them require a signature as I can't trust my mail man or his fill in
MARK AT .44MAG IS FUCKING AWESOME MY MAIL MAN IS A FUCKING DOUCHE |
