If one goes in to get Psychological help, at what point do they lose their RKBA?

Is it a legal "court" issue, or can such action be issued upon the directive of local LEO's in conjunction with a Psychiatrist?

that all depends on the type of phycological helep. thearpy i dont think would be an issue unless you expressed feelings to hurt yourself or someone else in session. as far as being put into an istautuion, i think it gets a little more shakey there. one thing to be weary of. some "personality disorders" maybe be diagnosed as some inbalance of chemicals in the brain. this can be treated with medication. once a person is on a medication, i would think their RKBA could be in question. but i am not sure on the precidents here.
