| bah. Hell yesterday some idiot got bit in the foot from a diamond back because he wasn't watching where he he was going. Although I have heard they don't really rattle that much anymore cause of the cattle around here just stomping them to death. Just hearsay thus far although the guy that got bit haven't heard if it rattled since it didn't make the news just the scanners. And all they kept saying was a dry bit so might not have been a rattler he could have gotten bit by a grass snake since they didn't describe the snake at all. Just said very minimal swelling for after an hour after the bite. |

Non venomous constrictor, and not really a good choice for a first giant constrictor if you're into keeping snakes, as they're known for being a tad difficult. Burms and retics are typically easier to deal with, though they get bigger than the rocks. |
