I had planned to do this last spring but the Kung Flu threw a monkey wrench in works. Today I pulled the trigger and put a $6500.00 deposit on my new shop. I will poor the concrete in mid March if weather cooperates and take delivery of the building mid April. It will be 40x40, 15.5ft at the eaves and 20ft at the peak.

City shot down that idea (accessory buildings can only be 1/2 the square footage of the primary dwelling).  Wound up with 1,500 sqft of attached garage instead (at almost twice the price of a steel building). |

I'd love to see your shop or a build thread of the new shop and the first knife made in it. I thought about trying to come over to see you a year or so ago, I was passing through that direction and thought it would be cool. Ended up not even going on the trip. |
