I got a fairly new (< than a year old) 94 in .30-30. And almost everytime I go shooting it will misfire atleast once. The cartridge shows that the firing pin hit it. so what's going on?

Could be an out-of-spec firing pin...was the breech fully closed when you pulled the trigger?

Call Winchester, let them know, and send it back...they should fix it fine.

yes indeed, the breach is fully closed.
I also don't like the trigger too much, is it posible to change that?

Don't see why not...any decent smith should be able to stone things down and make it smoother for you. If you have a local smith, have him check the firing pin dimensions (explain the problem to him, he might know of other causes), and ask him to do a trigger job on it..

How hard is the firing pin hitting the primer on the misfire?  Is it a shallow/light strike?  Its possible it is a head spacing problem.  I had the exact same thing happen with one of my 94s, and the barrel had to be replaced .  Good thing was, it didn't cost me a dime (as it was under warranty).
