I am having a major problem with my D80.
Take a picture, mirror flips, the camera acts like a picture was taken, only problem is... Nothing is saved. The imediate preview shows "Folder contains no images" instead of showing the picture. I have tried multiple SD cards. I have changed lenses. I have changed batteries. Taken of the vertical grip and tried the batter in the main compartment. Format the memory card. I have tried a 2 button reset as well as the reset in the menu screens. Please, ARFcom, you're my only hope. Thanks everyone! |
| I have used the SD cards before in this camera. They are all 2 GB San Disc SD cards. The camera can read from them, I tried updating the firmware last night and it read the firmware update files from the SD card. If I put a picture file in the proper directory structure it can display on the view screen. It just does not save anything :( |
