They must have a website address. (Photobucket.com if you don't have a host site) They can't be stored in your computer.  Once they are on a website right click on the picture then click on properties and copy they address it is at.  Then go into post reply and just over the size 4 button click the yellow square.  Paste the address of the picture in there the click ok, and hit submit and it should work.

www.tinypic.com always works for me and I have never seen it down due to bandwidth like photobucket.

Browse to where ytour pic is on your hard drive, click host image, copy first link and then use the buttons here and paste in the link.

I use Photobucket.com and onfinite.com.  I filled my (free) account on Photobucket.

I bought a subscription for onfinite.com.  $1.99 p/m for a 400mb account.

Cute pic. you may want to enlarge it though.

Infranview is a decent program to use. Just right click the pic on your drive, click open with and chose infranview, click image, then resize/resample, picka  size or just click (half) or (double) till you get to the size you need. Save it witha  new name then use tinypic to host it.

Photobucket premium would be 1,000 mb account for the same money.
