Does anyone know if there is a form I can fill out online to complain about something my postal courier is doing?   Every time it rains, the dipshit leaves the top of my box open and all my mail gets soaking wet, sometimes depending on the amount of rain we get it even makes the ink on the paper run and I can't read it.

I looked on the website before but I couldn't find anything.

Better off talking either to the carrier, or to the head at your local Post Office than trying to go through the headquarters.

Take a spring off a bear trap and find a way to 'utilize' it on your mailbox.

But on a serious note, several of my neighbors removed their wall-mounted mailbox and stuck a traditional post & horizontal box next to the walkway to prevent the same problem.

Get a PO Box.
Carriers don't care if your mail gets wet.

It's not that the mail was left outside the box. It has always been in
the box, but when it is raining outside, I would think the courier would
have enough sense to close the lid so the mail doesn't get wet.

I would like to send you this message to address a complaint that I have. For some reason it seems that every time it rains at my residence, the postal courier that delivers my mail leaves the top of my mail box open. When I get home from work all of my mail is soaking wet and sometimes the ink on the paper runs and makes it near impossible to read it, and this is really upsetting when I have bills sitting in there. Can you please do something to correct this?

Our postal carrier drove partially on our lawn after a very rainy night. My step fatehr was very unahppy and called to complain about her. Randomly she was the one who answered the phone. So he just asked her not to drive on the lawn. She said no problem but did it 2 more times, I can only asssume on purpose. So, my step father put in rail road ties at the edge of the lawn so she couldn't drive on the lawn.

Bottom line, keep us informed if they do anything because they probably won't. Also, good luck, you're now going to get your credit card bills just a little late

I had a postal lady that was stripping my plum trees in the front yard along the driveway. I didn't mind if she took a couple each day but she would bring a bag and load up with as many as she could carry. She never asked either, she just helped herself.

I finally pinned a note to one plum tree about the Malathion I had been spraying on the trees to knock down the aphids. (wink wink).

She didn't pluck anymore plums by god.
