I don't know if this is an option with an "above bronze menmbership" but have something like Facebook where you can upload a picture without having to put it on a picture hosting site and linking it in.

In FB you can upload from your picture library on your iPhone of take a picture that uploads right to the page. This would be awesome. Any chance?

Arfcom does indeed have picture hosting, and currently it is tiered for gold and above memberships.

But does it work pretty much like it does now except you can put your pictures on the arfcom server vs. a hosting service or something else?
If you have it hosted on here do you still have to upload the picture, go to your "library", find the picture, copy the link to the picture and then plug it in like you normally do?
Can you upload to a post directly from your HD and then that picture automatically goes into your arfcom hosted library?
Not sure this makes any sense... I'm basically suggesting it be as easy as Facebook... because in all honesty the way we have to do it now seems a little outdated. No offense to the owners. Maybe I'm just spoiled by having been able to do it in a more efficient way.

Well it makes a little sense.

To answer your question, it works the "old way" not the "facebook" way.

Then I definitely wouldn't pay to upgrade. I pay for a web hosting service and I usually just upload to that.
I'd do it if it was simplified/streamlined to be more like FB where I just click Upload photo, browse, pick the photo and viola... it's in the post. That's one great thing about FB. The downside is it's annoying and I prefer the conversations here.
