Situation: I need to make a 'sign'- aprox. 2ft X 3 ft. I want to print the paper part at Kinko's, and then use spray adhesive to attach the paper to a hard plastic backing- like a real estate sign (sort of) My Q: How large an area can I use via Photoshop or GIMP??? Do I just set teh image sixe to 24" X 36"???? Thanks |

Some of the cheaper home user oriented programs will do that for you. Sorry I cant think of one right now but I've seen several. [strike]Try a search for banners[/strike] Edit: I just tried that, nothing but webpage banners. Edit#2: I think its printmaster gold or something like that |
| Don't wory bout the size of the photoshop "canvas" just make sure that the aspect ratio is correct (L to W ratio) and that your dpi is high enough (300-500 dpi should do it) Kinkos will wory about printing it, you just hand them the disk with the image and tell them what size. |
