Question:
My SIL had to go to a wedding in Canada. When he got to the Canadian border he realized he forgot his passport but they let him cross anyway. Now the question; what happens when he tries to come back. Will they let him across the border to come home? Canada won't keep him forever will they? I mean it can't be that easy to get rid of a Son-in-law [or can it???????]

Thanks

Passports are not required for US Citizens at the landborder.  Also, if he is indeed a USC, then he cannot be denied entry in the US.  So, you won't be able to get rid of him this way.  Maybe a more direct method perhaps?
