If you have a mac and a Samsung Smart TV or app supported Bluray DVD, download Plex on the Mac and TV or Bluray player and you can wirelessly stream your digital movies from your laptop.

Wish i found this out earlier. PC can do it with Allshare but it is not supported with Macs.

Plex server works on multiple platforms - https://plex.tv/

I'm looking at using a Plex server built into a NAS drive and stream my movies through Roku.

Just installed(plugged in) my NAS.. Then started looking into this.

I run an HTPC with Plex installed, I use plex for viewing on that PC, and then it also streams to my kiddos Rokus. It's been pretty great so far no real hiccups. I've had all three going at one time several times without any issues.
