I have a 20+ page PDF file that I want to take 1 page and create a pic with it.
Anyone know how I can do that?
Thanks

You could always just take a screenshot.
I.e. hit the "PrtScrn" button, and then enter MSPaint and paste and crop.

Do you have the full version of adobe acrobat or just reader?
If you have the full version, you can delete all of the pages you do not want, and then save the file as a jpg file.
