I know i got issued Coveralls with belt loops in the Navy. |

Wearing the belt with the overalls isn't for keeping my pants on, its for all the stuff I carry. I'm runing out of pockets right now in my overalls. Evey day I carry a Leatherman in a case, a Surefire in a case, a D-cell holder, my cell phone, and a few others. The belt option would allow me to carry more needed stuff.
