What kind of bullshit is this? I sort of doubt they are setting up a remake of 2013. This 20 minute heat race shit in the harbour @ Bermuda is fucking stupid.

How could Oracle beat the Kiwis in the semi finals soundly but not even get close to them this weekend?

I suggest they buy Artemis and hire their crew for next weekend.

Even with pics, this thread would be worthless.

It's a shitty light wind boat.  Also, Jimmy Spithill botching the starts doesn't help.

Truth, every fricking start too.

I like the NZ plan of using cyclist instead of grinders.

They were embarrassed by the other boat.

They looked like a bunch of rookies.

I watched them practice in SF bay.   I was astounded by how fast they were clipping across that water.

"Oracle blows" is really all that was necessary in the title and it would have summed up everything.

I can't imagine how much this loss is going to cost us Oracle DBMS customers.

If I heard correctly, Spithill thought the wind would be stronger and used the wrong daggerboards.

NZ used daggerboards designed for light winds.
