ETA: There is so much Derp Speak in this manual that I can't even begin to actually read it-my head is about to explode. This document is truly frightening. We are literally being crushed to death with words in this country. There is nfw any "navigator" has read this pos document and can take it seriously. I think it was written by Nancy Peloisi.
