For hunting, SHTF, etc?  Do any of you guys have anything you train with other than guns? For hunting? SHTF? Just for fun?  I got a bow for Christmas and have been shooting the hell out of it.  I plan on pig hunting on my property with it.  I got to thinking though.....if I had run out of ammo in a SHTF situation....would I be able to use my bow to hunt food?  Defend myself? etc?  

I'm running a PSE Stinger at 60# w/ 80% letoff. It's a sweet shooter.

I'm by no means a crack shot w/ one...but I CAN hit beer cans at 30yds.  Just takes practice.

I've taken a dove with a forklift..On accident..

My wife wants a bow, and I have an airgun that will reliably take birds.. I'd like to learn how to trap.
