Somebody mentioned a couple of programs that would reduce noise in digital pics, but I can't remember the thread.  Would appreciate any suggestions.  Had to shoot some action shots indoors @ 3200 ISO and the noise is pretty bad.  What about photoshop?  Anthing to be done about noise with Photoshop?

I have used Neat Image with good results.  Check it out

There are many others that I am not familiar with.

I heard Neat and Noise Ninja work well.  I use Noise Ninja and have been happy with it.  You have to be careful to not take it too far and make your images look to plastic like.

Check out the trial downloads and try them on your images.

ISO 3200 is going to be tough.
