I recently finished building my second .223/5.56 AR for my wife who is also a fan of shooting and firearms. Being that I have been in the Army for 15 years now I am intimately familiar with the AR Platform chambered for .223/5.56. I am quite pleased with my two rifles. However like most men, good enough is not good enough. I have decided that I would like to venture outside of my comfort zone so to speak. I have been tossing up the idea of another AR platform but chambered in something else like .308/7.62, 6.8 SPC, or even .300 Blackout. I have been reading a lot about these platforms and I like the potential for accuracy at longer distances and stopping power. Not to say the .223/5.56 isn’t accurate but out past 300m it lacks the terminal velocity and punch of the bigger rounds. Now here is where I throw a curveball in the mix... I am thinking about getting a suppressed set up for this new caliber and..... Here is the big question along with the real part about going out of my comfort zone does anyone know of bullpups being chambered for anything other than .223/5.56 and would it be feasible to do so with the addition of a suppressor??? I would love any input or thoughts on this matter thank you

Obviously I am new just had a question.... Did I violate a protocol? What rule should I be aware of?  Also, are you really a Saleen owner? That would be pretty hilarios considering I own a Dark Charchol Grey 2003 SC281 Saleen #293. I can obviously tell you have great taste in cars.

.308.  Makes .223 feel like you're shooting a pellet gun.

Nah...there's just a bunch of creepers on this site that get e-boners at the mention of any female...so they want pics of your wife.
