Since this is becoming a big issue, I'd like to ask the ARFCOM members what they think of Net Neutrality.

On the pro-neutrality side, you ensure that your ISP doesn't discriminate and provide better throughput to sites that have paid them, meaning that if Youtube paid Verizon considerable amounts of money, you may have LiveLeak or some other streaming video site running slower (I think).

However, on the other hand, if the government regulates and states that ISP's must give equal throughput to all services, things such as VOIP may take a pitfall, as it requires a considerable amount of bandwidth.
