My computer has begun to restart on it's own in the last week and I keep getting this error code: BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 00000028 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000 BCP4 : 804F0BBC OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1 The screen goes black and the computer restarts randomly when I start a program or open a window. Any help would be appreciated. |

could be several different things. bad ram, driver,corrupt system files. hopefully you had a backup of your system. try running memtest86 www.memtest86.com to test your memory. if you have mission critical data done waste your time here. take your system to be checked out. make sure you want your data backed up before they do ANYTHING. if you don't need any data. run the recovery cd's tha came with the computer...... this WILL ERASE everything on your system. resumes pictures, documents will be gone. it will restore it to a new machine. if the recovery doesn't work. you have a definate hardwareproblem. and will probably need to be taken somewhere |
