Sorry to bug the forums with a question like this but, it's so hard to find a clear answer. Or one that I can trust. Anyway with the AWB sunseting last week I live in CA. and have always wanted to own a nice AR. I am new to the AR community but plan on reading up as much as possible but before I get my hopes up... what are some of the restrictions CA has on this specific weapon ? If I'm not mistaken CA still has a ban on magazine capacity not holding more than 15rd. but I am sooo Unclear... any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't already have a registered AR in Kali, you (our) only choice is the FAB-10. I have four, they assemble and work well.

Move to a free state and then get back to us.

No AR in CA... Your ban didn't go away, and registration ended years ago. By the way, CA registration is non transferable. I believe that there is a fixed magazine model for you, but it is kind of silly...

Im not joking when I offer you one word of advice: MOVE!

ETA: I know you Kali guys are kinda stuck, but there is no way in hell I'd own one of those FAB-10 things!

It's like having a plastic blow-up doll of Anna Kournikova. Looks nice, but just isn't the same!
