Several years back I refinanced my house with a variable rate mortgage.
The first three years it was locked in at 4.5%. At the end of that period it bumped up to 5.5%. At the beginning of this year it went to 5.0%. I just got a letter that said the first of the new year it will be going to 4.0%. 4.0 works for me. |
