-1 for leaving out the stapler and shit while I'm arguing for including them in my post.

Edited to add: I put the McCormicks Spicy Seasoning on mine!

Their Montreal Seasoning is great on chicken.

BS theory from long ago concerning dinner pics, stating that the ultimate dinner pic include a rifle, pistol, extra mags, knife, measuring device, staple gun, beer and reading material. It stems from people posting the ultimate looking meal while others, intent on making some negative comment, ould point out silly missing items. (How can you enjoy a good meal without readng material?) It's just sillyness.

Go buy some red wine, open it, drink half of it, let the rest set in the fridge for a week.  Then cook your steak with it.  That is a simple one that I like.

Just run with it.  Marinate it for about 45min to 1hr.  Heat your grill up to preheat.  Then give the steak a 1-1.5 min on each side.  Then turn your grill down to med-med/low and cook the rest of the way.

To be honest, you can season it however you want, but the key is that searing of the steak on super hot heat to lock in the juices.

BTW I am no expert, but I love cooking steak.

ETA: don't marinate it in the fridge either.  Put it on the grill when it is room temp.
