I'm not big on a lot of the retro clones but yours is definitely at that top, that's really cool.

Wait, are these XM148's real or replicas? Looking around I don't see real ones for sale, that will definitely change my opinion.

Transferables at exceptionally rare. If it is real, it's probably the same one that was for sale at Chester County Armory a couple of years ago and listed for $20,000.

I keep the sight in a case. It's a bulky sight. I understand why the soldiers disliked it.

Yup... A real 40mm won't properly fit in em anyway. The rim thickness on a live round is off by just enough to prevent it from closing and latching shut
