| Four youths from the inner city decided they wanted to kidnap and torture an 18 year old mentally challenged young man. Tied him up, beat him bloody, told him to say, F--- Donald Trump, and made him drink toilet water. Not surprisingly, they were driving a stolen vehicle. One look at their mug shots and you know the direction they're headed with their lives. What is going on in their inner city culture that breeds criminal behavior and a total lack of regard for common decency and what can be done about it? |
