On my banking website, all the text is really tiny, can't read anything. Every other website all the text is fine. My resolution is set at 800X600, color quality is at it's highest 32 bit. Changing these settings only makes it worse.

Try this : Click View, Text Size, Largest.

If that doesn't fix it, you can adjust the displayed font size settings (dpi) in your display properties advanced button area, this usually requires a reboot.

If Zack's suggestion doesn't work, a temporary solution is in Start>Programs>Accessories>Accessability>Magnifier.  It will take up a bit of your screen, but you will be able to read the text.

That took care of it. But then I had to set my screen resolution higher. I guess I'm good to go, thanks!

what size monitor do you have?  800x600 is low resolution and the text size isn't going to get much bigger without possible problems.  if you are using a 15" monitor, thats your problem...
