Okay, dilemma.

I'm pretty hungry and want a protein shake...NOW. I make it with milk.
I use Lactaid 2%.

-The expiration date stated is Dec 27, 2007.
-Jug states to "Use within 7 days of opening". The 7th day was Nov 22.
-It's been stored 30-33*F, but it's not frozen.
-Doesn't smell bad and it doesn't appear chunky.
-"Ultra-Pasteurized"

It all comes down to: Yay or nay? 87?

UPDATE: Looks like my stomach is safe!

Nearly 2 month old milk. Passes the "smell test". Drink it or dump it?

I tried to make it as easy as possible

I wouldn't fuck with that.
If it says use within 7 days, it means, use within 7 days, not 60

Good luck dude.
