Let's have a discussion on meal prep. What are some recipes, tips, tricks, etc.

Personally I am pretty boring. I usually do chicken tenders over brown rice with a vegetable of some sort and a little sauce for some flare.

What at do you do?

Avoid those take out containers that are so popular among that crowd. They don't last. I use the red top Rubbermaid containers for my meals.

I switch between the plastic Rubbermaid and glass Pyrex containers.

My go-tos are grilled chicken marinated in whatever sounds good at the time with sweet potatoes or rice, and ground beef taco-type bowls.

My lunch this week.  Turkey and spinach pinwheels with pepper jack cheese.  Carrots, cucumbers, and grapes to munch on throughout the day.

I like tilapia. Salmon. Ham. Chicken sausage. Ground turkey. That helps break up the bland chicken routine.

Broccoli. Cauliflower. Carrots. Pinto beans.

I also like to use inexpensive campbells soup and load it up with extra meat, rice and vegetables.

Sriracha or other mild hot sauce helps with bland shit.

The old college trick of ramen noodles, an egg, and frozen veggies plus meat makes a good mix.

Buy some cheap steaks and cut them up in strips. Bell peppers and then your choice of a hot pepper (ghost have been great in my area lately) and onions cut up. Little olive oil and salt n pepper. In a pan. Cook that shit. Dump it over a little bit of jasmine rice. One of my favorites. Other than that it's usually just the normal chicken and ground turkey or beef. I usually sub riced cauliflower for rice as I'm low carb

I put a wild pork ham, shoulder, etc on the smoker on Sunday and have it for lunch all week. Add in some veggies, Greek yogurt, cheese, etc. and I'm set.
