I have always had the best luck using a regular razor. Tried a personal groomer and did not like it as well.
There is nothing like a freshly shaved scrotum. |

I just use a regular trimmer to hit the thick stuff and when it gets down I use a regular razor in the shower.
Don't touch power trimmers to the sack. Despite how nice this sounds it pinches the ever lovin' snot of the ole' ball sack. |

Women like well dressed men, as well as well groomed men. Not letting the pube-fro get out of control is a part of that. Just use a beard trimmer, and DON'T go too short unless you like the feel of fiberglass insulation.

My recommendation is either gasoline and a BBQ lighter, so you don't burn your fingers 
or for real close work, a hedge trimmer weed eater with a metal blade, you should remove the guards so they don't get in the way. YMMV |

High and tight...beard trimmer and three bladed razor work for me.
The often neglected part is the post save routine. Use after shave BALM (like Nivea) followed by Gold Bond. ETA: In on 1! (my first )
