We had a drought for several years, and now we have the opposite. I have been trying to get two different yard projects done for the past three weeks, and I can barely make any headway on them, because it's rained almost every day lately. I'm re-building a retaining wall and digging a drainage system, and I can't do it when the ground is mush. It actually hasn't rained since we got a deluge Wednesday night, and I was hoping I'd finally get to work on it this weekend. I just heard it thunder outside.  |
