Whats the maximum amount of time should it take for a average sized letter to go from Scappose, OR 97056 and arrive here in Fredericksburg, VA 22407 going via non-first class?

Scappose, OR? HMMM must of ordered some dope.. That about all thats there. Well maby a paint ball field.. It took a week for a small box to go from Portland to Medford.
