Windows side works fine
Mac side no keyboard and mouse. Even in single user mode.
any ideas?

What machine are you using? I assume you are using bootcamp?

Its a MacBook and it is using BootCamp

Sounds like a driver problem. I know people have had trouble with BootCamp drivers in Windows, but not in OS X. Put in your OS X disc and reinstall it, you might have to do a new BootCamp install with custom drivers.

That is unusual.
Do an external keyboard and mouse work? First thing I would try is running a repair permissions on it from the Disk Utility app.

I keep the tradition alive and got both. This one is actually a students computer though.
