I'm looking for a rifle range within an hour and a half of Chicago area without range officers and that allow explosive targets.

Tannerite targets make shooting louder. [}:D]

Hopefully someone could clue me in.

Look right at the top of the General Discussion page.  We're having a Northern Il. AR15.com shoot at the Buffalo Range in Ottawa.  It's probably within 1 1/2 hours of Chicago, but I don't know about the tannerite.  

c-rock, a little help here?  He'd know.

I checked at the Ottawa range, they don't allow explosive targets... and I can't seem to get the range search working...

I'm supposed to keep the keyword field blank and search by states, right?
