at that point Joe and Kaitlyn and the part of the team that was on the jet knew that it was Joe's call.

its why Kaitlyn told her to keep it to herself.

it was creative to have a foreign official and her security team get caught in the cross fire.  Its DC, those people are all over, and yes when their principal got shot it is realistic for her security team to shoot back.

I don't hate the writing. Not into Yellowstone or any shows in that line...but I like this if you can get past the girl power thing.  I like Mayor of Kingstown the most out of his stuff.

Lioness isn't quite Strike Back as far as fun goes but its not bad.

Good point  I dont see him as a mole, more useful idiot.  He/His frim is at least inadvertently responsible for Olaxendra's death; though I doubt that was intentional.  Frankly I had hoped Olaxendra would be added to the cast

Well, the show is called "Lioness".  However, it is not the typical girl boss movie or TV series.

The concept of picking women for certain high risk jobs that they can do best is fine.  Like in the first season having the chick infiltrate the Muslim terrorist leader by getting close to his daughter was an interesting story line.  A guy couldn't have done that.

There has been a strong Conservative message throughout the series and the story line and acting are excellent.

Worthwhile series that is done very well.  Season III is probably the best TV series on right now.

Boycott the goddamn DEI sicko NFL.  Watch Lioness.

There actually WAS a “Lioness” program in Iraq.  Several of those women were killed in an IED blast in the SW corner of Jolan, Fallujah near the yellow house and the old water plant.

Their story, about actual Marines, was never really told.

None of them were Girl Boss sniper/paramilitary officers (no such thing).

Using the name insults their memory, because the writers couldn’t be bothered to know or tell the real history.

Honestly this is the part that kind of annoys me. Not specifically about the real Lioness program, but about actual real life women in uniform that are absolutely nothing like this nonsense. Over 26 years the only one I ever knew that acted like this obnoxious bitch was relieved of command for being a toxic leader.

Yeah yeah, I know it's just TV. I'd rather have my TV be either more realistic are straight up fantasy, not fantasy masquerading as reality.

If you are butthurt that Lioness is not about the Marine Corps then go bitch to Jill Wagner.  She is one of these producers.

Her father was a career Marine so she might be sympathetic.

Maybe you werent paying attention.  What I think I heard was that it was a RENTAL and the company owners were wanted.  IF that was the case drawing down on what is likely rental customers seems excessive and will get you an IAS case especially in a blue  county with a blue chief and a blue county executive.
Its a matter of "what did you know"

Oh my!  One of the producers’ dad was a Marine?  lol

Who cares?

Naming a silly show after an actual unit that suffered catastrophic losses in combat, but not having it be about or even reference that unit, is either ignorant or disrespectful.

But then, that’s what one should expect from the Girl Boss Genre and its followers.

Have you watched the series?  Do you really know or are you talking about something you have not seen?

I put off watching the series when it first came out because of the DEI aspect of the lead character being Black and also the girl boss thingy.

However, I finally gave it a try when there nothing else worth watching and was surprised at how good it was.  The first season was good.  The second season OK and this third season great.

Don't give this silly ass shit about it not being true to the military that you know.  I am a Vietnam Vet and very very few movies, TV shows, so called documentaries or whatever has accurately portrayed what that fucking place was like.

Sorry that you are butthurt that Lioness did not meet your expectations.

Somebody has to take the blame for it, since a foreign diplomat was killed in the shootout might as well throw ICE under the bus for that one too.
