| y'know, I was kinda on the fence about this whole thing but this eloquent, well considered argument written so carefully really persuades me to sympathize with Palestine. I now think they should get whatever they want and we, the American taxpayer, should write them a blank check. |

The ascendancy of Islam in the west is baffling to me. The summation of their terror attacks over just about the last century should have been a significant disqualification for immigration- regardless of their intent. Survey after survey demonstrates that the majority of the Arab world condones what “martyrs” do. It is incompatible with our way of life. The sympathizers are nothing new, they hate the west and would and have sided with any ideals repugnant to liberal democracy. However, no need to invite more foxes into the hen house. |

I saw one a few years ago, they were piling tires in the road and had a can of gas handy, looked like they were getting ready for a big smoky bonfire. Somebody drove through it in a SUV while they were building it, and one of the builders went flying head over heels.
