The Roanoke Times message board is as bad as the DU. Here's what one member has to say about the Tea Party:

The Tea party is the silent majority? I think not. Your methods, your lack of Patriotism, your lack of religious backing, your lack or majority, your love of wealth and lack of consideration for the middle class (moral majority was the middle class) your lack of compromise, your lack of middle ground on economic issues all prove that you are right wing zealots controlled by money. You cling to believing there are huge amounts going to citizens that won’t work when in reality the Tea Party only wants to cut out social security and medicare and make them private so investment bankers can sell them stocks and insurance companies can sell them health insurance. Yo want to privatise everything because you know that enables the companies to extract outrageous contracts from the government to benefit the shareholders at a cost much higher than if performed by govt employees.
