UPPER RT Corner says breach of contract... Look under the section titled 'Events and Orders of the Court'. The section in the upper right I believe is the civil case type. Yeah, I get that and understood that when I made the initial post about the case...Point being that it is likely in regards to a breach of contract and the first course of action was the requested order. |

That makes me think F&D's investors have taken over operation of the company. I have a brother that lives in Boerne, and friends in New Braunfels and Seguin, so I've had a powerful urge to go down there to visit F&D. Maybe take an auto loading rifle along. Crazy stuff, made more entertaining by a rough economy and a tough business full of egos similar to Hall's. It would defy understanding in any other business. |
