She's never seen a jury trial. She isn't even qualified to be a magistrate judge, much less a Supreme Court Justice. She is the least qualified nominee in memory.

Harriet Meiers had been a practicing litigator for her entire adult life. I didn't like some of her positions, but she was more than qualified. |
