...but recent other posts made me wonder:
If it were determined by the courts that Obama is in fact ineligible to serve as POTUS due to having been a citizen of a foreign nation, what exactly would happen? Would it be a simple matter of having the VP take over to serve out the remainder of the term? Would there be another election, since the results of the first were the result of fraud? What would happen? |

We've never had a case where a POTUS (or POTUS candidate) achieved (or attempted to achieve) the office through fraudulent means. I would think we would be entering uncharted legal territory here. |
