I used to smoke a few cigars a month, but trended away for a while. Went to a few a year, and the last few years have been near zero. I've tended to my humidor the whole time and decided to grab a few out and see how they're doing. I believe I'll start burning these again with more frequency. I miss it. These Cohiba's are just over 24 years old now. Attached File Attached File Lots are 10yrs+ easily.... These sticks have been at 65-67% humidity consistently. This is crystalline, wipes off easily, and doesn't smell. |

Most cigars benefit from being in a good humidor/environment vice smoking them right out of the shop (unless it is a great shop who keeps perfect conditions), or straight from the mailbox, haha. I'll be able to give an updated opinion soon enough on some of these. I've never smoked a cigar over 10+years old, that I know of (not counting the manufacturer's aging process). |

Wipe and watch your humidity. A friend gave them to me, a little over 20 years ago. I cannot guarantee their authenticity, but they were good smokes. All cigars have been wiped down and I'm checking my humidor weekly now. I've smoked a few, including one's pictured, since starting the thread and they've all been good. |
