I believe that any husband would be locked up for retaliation kicking his wife in the head handcuffed or not.
Certainly the officer deserves the same. Easy charge of assaulting an officer, but he blew it. I disagree that she DESERVED a kick in the head, and extra charge is what she deserved. |
