Typically, the enforcement is on the banking and customs level. I don't think that individuals will be affected except by the lack of spare parts and warranty service from the sanctioned manufacturer. |

They should have sanctioned Chinese companies 30 years ago. They can sanction Iray, but the CCP will just spin up another making almost the exact same thing.
