Internet Explorer? WTF is that? Is that kind of like one of those record player things or an 8 track?

I think the modern version of that web browser is called Mozilla.

No, Netscape and Firefox are Mozilla based.

Nutscrape was Mosaic, then Netscape.
Mozilla is the internal name of any Netscape browserl.
Netscape is based on Mozilla.
There are no significant differences of any kind between the Mozilla code and the corresponding Netscape code with respect to HTML/CSS support.
The only difference is that Netscape is based on Mozilla code that is not always the most current.

When stuff that bad happens to me I restore the system with Disk Image. I keep all my data, including my email on a second hard drive. When I restore I get my old system back with all my data and email right where it should be. All I need to do after that is a few updates and reinstall whatever new programs I have since installed.  It gives me a fresh OS with all the printers, network, and personal settings already set.
