Who has ate it with substituting water for milk?

I really don't feel like spending $8.30 to get to the store and back and then $3.80 for the milk.

I have, in a pinch, used about about double the butter, melted it, stirred in the powder and some hot sauce, pretty good, but it sets up pretty stiff.

That is my opinion...

No milk needed for the Velveeta kind.  You can keep all that pasty powdered stuff.

Back in my broke days, I would grab the Non-Dairy Creamer packets from my MRE's packs and then just add a little water...

In a pinch, you can add some warm water to powdered creamer and use that.  It's better than water alone, but it aint great.  You may wish you had taken the drive either way
