Inmate Separates Guards Fighting Over FoodBUFFALO, New York–– Talk about a role-reversal: Two New York jail guards are in trouble after an inmate stepped in to break up their fight over food. ................................. He wouldn't confirm a Buffalo News report that the April 21 bout started over a bag of chips. It happened at Erie County Correctional Facility in a dorm-like building.  |

So the inmate got injured in the fight and both guards were suspended... with pay.

Now why in the hell would an inmate step in to break up a fight??? I think he would have rather taken a swing while pretending to break it up.
