| Not to sound morbid, but I have been named the inheritor of a firearms collection that contains several LEGAL, SBR's and Class III's. Not that I'm counting the days, but once I inherit these firearms what process do I need to go through to legally posess these firearms? I know for a fact that all the registration and taxes have been paid, do I have to go through the same process again? And what is the legal status of these firearms while I'm going through this process? |
