Have any of you dealt with Impactguns.com? I ordered my BM through them...lets say...a while ago, and I have observed other forum members ordering rifles and parts from BM direct 1-2 months after I ordered through impactguns and they have already recieved their orders, whereas I am getting the" you're actually next in line" twice now, several weeks apart. I'm not bitching about BM backorders, just wondering if I may have chosen the wrong distributor to go through. |

If you were to ever go into their store you would know why they are backed up. They are the 'ten pounds of shit in a five pound bag' type of organization. The lady there always tries to feed people full of memorized statements. They have some cool stuff, but I never bought anything from them but ammo and I was there in person to do that. I did hear they got a new building, but I moved before I saw it. Maybe it is better now. |

I don't want to say anything bad about their operation, but damn!! I've been waiting for a while now with no indication as to when I might get what I ordered. When I started to see people who ordered many weeks after I did receive their orders, I started looking around. I found out others have what I'm looking for in stock and shipping...you know? I've been getting the runaround for going on 16 weeks; I'm ready to move on to someone else. I can't say anything negative about Impactguns; I just have to go with whoever can get me what I want in a reasonably timely manner. If nothing else, be straight up with me. If I can't expect my order for another month, don't tell that I'm next. |
