that si the stupid thing, there is nothing stoppping anyone from buying relaoding components, they are not restriced.
I can buy hornady or Sierra or any other brand of projectile all damn day up here, but at around $25CDN/100 it is just not that cost effective when I like to shoot my Garand thousands of rounds a year.
I can get powder in 25# kegs, and do so regularly, adn it works out to around $18 CDN a pound or so, not great but better than the $30CDN a pound I pay if I buy in 1 pound increments, Primers always seem to be around $28CDN a thousand unless I buy in ten thousand lots, but that is fine also, I just cannto not find bulk projectiels for my Garand, everythign else I shoot shoots cast so is fine, except my beloved rifle...
It is not even a canuck rule to not ship up here, it is Customs being assclowns, and unilaterally deciding shit (they are much like the ATF in making decisions that are illegal and immoral, hence why Unintended Consequences is ahrd to get shipped up)
